Bot Configuration
Setup Instructions
- Message @BotFather on Telegram
- Send
/newbotcommand - Choose a name and username for your bot
- Copy the bot token provided
- Paste the token above and save
- Add your bot to the group chats
- Make sure the bot has permission to send messages
- Go to Meta for Developers
- Create a new Business app
- Add WhatsApp product to your app
- Get your Access Token and Phone Number ID
- Configure webhook endpoint (if needed)
- Test with sandbox number first
- First 1,000 conversations/month are free!
System Settings
Content Fetching
Content is automatically fetched from RSS feeds every 2 hours. You can also trigger manual fetches from the dashboard.
Content Scoring
New content is automatically scored against group interests. Scoring happens after each content fetch cycle.
Content Distribution
Content is sent to groups based on their individual frequency settings. Each group can have different posting schedules.
Data Retention
Content older than 7 days is automatically cleaned up to keep the database size manageable.
